Open-date ticket terms: Toledo

Price and inclusions

€140 per person, taxes included. A Classic-style balloon flight, cava toast, diploma and crew photographs when available. The ticket is for the selected destination only.

Validity and booking

The ticket has no expiry date, is transferable and is refundable within 15 calendar days after purchase if the flight has not taken place, like the Segovia open-date ticket. Buying does not reserve a date or seats. Availability and booking are arranged with the team on WhatsApp at +34 605 087 478, quoting the ticket reference. The Segovia online calendar does not apply. Choosing an available date has no additional cost.

Changes and weather

If Voyager cancels for weather or safety reasons, you may reschedule at no cost. Customer-requested changes to a confirmed date are only accepted for force majeure with appropriate documentary evidence, as for Segovia. The team confirms the meeting point and operational details.
