Gift voucher terms

We want every cost and condition to be clear from purchase to redemption. These are the specific terms for Voyager Balloons open-date gift vouchers.

1. What you are buying

The Classic gift voucher costs €120 per person and Comfort costs €169 per person, taxes included. It is an open-date voucher: it does not reserve a seat or date until the online redemption is completed and confirmed.

2. Online redemption at no extra charge

Redeem your code at tienda.voyagerballoons.eu/canjear and choose an available date.

All Classic and Comfort gift vouchers include the flight in the purchased category. No supplement is charged at redemption, regardless of the date's fare or occupancy.

The code is only used once the booking is confirmed.

3. Validity, refunds and transfer

The voucher is transferable, does not expire and is refundable within 15 calendar days after purchase if the flight has not taken place. The chosen date must be published and have enough capacity for everyone included in the voucher.

4. Changes and weather

If Voyager cancels for weather or safety reasons, the customer may reschedule at no cost. Customer-requested changes are only accepted in cases of force majeure supported by appropriate documentary evidence. An accepted date change has no fare supplement.

5. Help

If online redemption does not work, request assistance by replying to the purchase email or contacting us on WhatsApp at +34 614 007 056. This is a backup support channel; online redemption is the standard method.

You may request cancellation and a full refund, free of charge, within 15 calendar days after purchase, provided the flight has not taken place. This applies to all purchases, including dated bookings, open-date tickets and gift vouchers. Email info@voyagerballoons.eu with your order reference to request a refund. No physical product needs to be returned.
