Gift voucher terms

We want every cost and condition to be clear from purchase to redemption. These are the specific terms for Voyager Balloons open-date gift vouchers.

1. What you are buying

The Classic gift voucher costs €120 per person and Comfort costs €169 per person, taxes included. It is an open-date voucher: it does not reserve a seat or date until the online redemption is completed and confirmed.

2. Online redemption and supplements

Redeem the code at tienda.voyagerballoons.eu/canjear. The calendar shows any applicable amount before confirmation.

• Classic: no supplement when the date price is €120, €125 or €130. High-demand dates priced at €140 or €150 require an additional €20 or €30 per person respectively.
• Comfort: no supplement when the date price is €169, €176 or €183. High-demand dates priced at €197 or €211 require an additional €28 or €42 per person respectively.

Any supplement is displayed before confirmation and paid securely through Redsys. The code is only used once the booking is confirmed.

3. Validity, refunds and transfer

The voucher is transferable, does not expire and is non-refundable. The chosen date must be published and have enough capacity for everyone included in the voucher.

4. Changes and weather

If Voyager cancels for weather or safety reasons, the customer may reschedule at no cost and retain any supplement already paid. Customer-requested changes are only accepted in cases of force majeure supported by appropriate documentary evidence. Any accepted change is recalculated using the price for the new date before confirmation.

5. Help

If online redemption does not work, request assistance by replying to the purchase email or contacting us on WhatsApp at +34 614 007 056. This is a backup support channel; online redemption is the standard method.
